Rhubarb! I planted this last year so it will be harvestable this year. I think I will harvest enough to make a crumble and then leave it until the next year. Would love to make rhubarb wine and cordial in the future.
Potatoes, these are currently chitting in the spare room. Looking forward to creating to a row devoted to potatoes. We have Desiree and Cara for the main crop and Maris Peer and Wilja for 2nd earlies. Also planting on buying some sweet potato seedlings too 😀
These are my garlic which started sprouting in the vegetable drawer. Store brought from Aldi and currently doing very well. These will the first vegetable to go in the new raised beds
Newer rhubarb - I brought 2 more from Ebay and planted them early this year.
